Abstrak

Since the issuance of Law Number 32 of 2004 as a result of the revision of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Regional Government, this has become the starting point for regional governments to manage their own households, where regional governments are given the authority and opportunity to manage, develop and build the potential of each region. The previous system was more directed towards the principle of centralization of authority. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of fixed asset management (Regional Property) and to determine the inhibiting factors encountered in the field in the implementation of fixed asset management (Regional Property) at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency of Hulu Sungai Regency North. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection used interviews with key informants and was supported by information from observations and documents found in the field. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative before making final conclusions.
