Abstrak

Every element of the organization always hopes that its organizational members can always develop and work well in accordance with the needs of the organization. To improve and develop organizational members/employees, there needs to be planned and continuous coaching. Because with coaching, employee activities within an organization will be able to develop and improve their performance in supporting the smooth operations of the organization. So the problem often faced by organizational management is how to manage and direct employees who have various traits and characteristics as well as different backgrounds, because it is known that not all people work wholeheartedly and have high loyalty to the agency that oversees them, if they are wrong one work motivation factor is not fulfilled optimally. Discipline is a problem that is closely related to organizations, without discipline it is difficult for organizations to achieve their goals. In other words, discipline is an attitude, action and behavior of employees that is very dominant in an effort to create a harmonious foundation and relationship, especially with fellow employees, between leaders and subordinates in an organization. Discipline is an action that must be in accordance with established regulations and discipline requires employees to comply with the regulations in order to create an orderly work environment to achieve organizational goals.
