This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance Banjarbaru District Office South Banjarbaru City. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach by using descriptive method. Population studies were employees of South Banjarbaru District Office with the number 32 people. While the sample is taken by way of atotal sampling where the entire population sample of 32 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews as research instrumens. Data obtained was processed using a simple linear regression analysis by SPSS for Windows, then the output is described through statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. In this study organizational climate variables with behavioral indicators of leadership, motivation, flow of communication, interaction and decision-making, whereas variables with indicators of employee performance quality, quantity, time effectiveness, cost effectiveness and the need for supervision. Descriptive statistics analysis results obtanined by the average value of the mean indicator of organizational climate variables 3.88 and the average value of the mean indicator variables of employee performance 3.72. Findings through descriptive statistical analysis shows that the organizational climate conditions quite well and good employee performance. This situation is evidenced by the findings of the analysis, inferential statistics obtained regression equation Y= -1.669+0.461X. When R Square = 0.801 signifies that the organizational climate variables contributed 80.1% of the variable performance of staff and 19.9% incluenced by other factors. From the analysis found r (degree of determinantion) of 0.895 or 89.5% means that the amount of influence the relationship between organizational climate variables with the variables performance of employees. The conclusion of this research is, there is a significant influence of organizational climate variables on the performance of staff at the District Office South Banjarbaru City. The apparatus in District Office South Banjarbaru City if can maintain or improve organizational climate conditions that have good to very good perfomance so as to create good employees to very good.
