PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING KARIR DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT SISWA DALAM MELANJUTKAN STUDI KELAS XII DI SMA NEGERI 1 KAPUAS MURUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

Abstrak

The career maturity of students who are very low is a problem in the world of education as seen from students who are still unsure about future careers in determining a future that suits them. The problem in this study is "whether career guidance efforts in increasing the career maturity of Class X Students of SMA 1 Kapuas Murung can be improved after conducting group counseling". The purpose of this study was to find out that career maturity can be increased by using group counseling services for Class X Students of SMA Negeri  1 Kapuas Murung. This type of research is quantitative research using the Design One Group Pretest method – Posttest. The sample used in this study were 10 students from class X Madrsah Aliyah Qudsiyah Kotabumi North Lmpung. The results of the highest score for distributing the career maturity questionnaire were 25 items. The questionnaire used as Pretest and Posttest. The average score of Career Maturity before joining was 47.2 and after attending counseling it increased to 73.3. from the results of the t test with (df) = 9 a significant level of 0.05 of 2.262. Because the value of tcount ≥t table (4.063 ≥ 2.262), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of career information services in increasing effective career maturity to increase career maturity in students at SMA 1 Kapuas Murung, Kapuas. The suggestions put forward by the researchers are for guidance and counseling teachers to be able to carry out guidance and counseling services by including information services for students.
