Abstrak

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of employee performance monitoring at the Subdistrict Office in Banjarbaru City, looking at the service orientation aspect, employee integrity aspect, employee commitment aspect, employee discipline aspect, employee cooperation aspect and leadership aspect. This research uses a quantitative approach while data analysis uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire to obtain primary data and is supported by observations and documents found at the location. Respondents in this study were determined by a total sampling of 115 people. The results of the research show that monitoring employee performance at the District Office in Banjarbaru City based on Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 46 of 2011 concerning Civil Servant Job Performance Evaluation shows 84%, which is very good. Meanwhile, the supervision that has the most influence on employee performance is the aspect of employee discipline with a very good percentage achievement of 91%.
