Abstrak

The aim to be achieved in this study was to find out the education and training policies for employees of the Regional Water Supply Company of Banjar Regency. This research uses descriptive method, data digging tools in the form of interviews for primary data and observation and documentary for secondary data. While the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that education and training policies are carried out continuously as long as employees are status as employees of the Regional Water Supply Company of Banjar Regency. and in accordance with the applicable rules. Discipline of employees is already in the stage of improvement by doing overtime work, this is done to reduce the arrears of work. The ability and knowledge of employees is increased through education to the undergraduate level and training in accordance with the field of employment, this is to support the skills of employees in operating work equipment properly and correctly in accordance with the assigned job descriptions. It is recommended that leaders evaluate employees' performance regularly and continuously so that at any time, the influence of employee development and the problems faced by employees can be corrected immediately.
