Abstrak

This research aims to revealthe principal's leadership in improving the performance of teachers
implementing learning in primary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Sources of
data in this research is the principal and teachers Sekolah Dasar. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, nonparticipant observation and documentary studies.. Based on the analysis concluded that principal leadership in
improving the performance of teachers implementing learning in Sekolah Dasar did not experience significant barriers
and can be managed through multiple activities that assess the performance of teachers, carrying out academic
supervision andconduct follow-up results of supervision.
