labor, guidance and responsibility gives work smoothness in Sub Bagian Tata Usaha dan Kepegawaian
Sekretariat DPRD Kota Banjarbaru
This watchfulness uses descriptive method, data spade tool shaped interview for primary data and
observation with documenter for secondary data. While data analysis uses qualitative descriptive.
Watchfulness result show (1) work condition not yet ambulatory optimally because still there working
activity that done not yet as according to operative procedure. This matter is because official total
undercommunication available or authoritative to do job that meant so that several officials forced has
function double because work process must permanent be carried out. And in official responsibility area has
walked well because this matter merealisasikan in the form of has been written also verbally between
official concerned with leadership. Obstacle that several officials must give responsibility to two activities
all at once, because he is given function double official total undercommunication consequence available.
This matter be obstacle aloof for official because the work time at for be two activities so that the work
result can not achieve target maximal. On that account concerned often do overtime because the job many
delay the completion, (2) in supervision area, leadership does monitoring and evaluate all work result that
