Abstrak

This community service was carried out in the Katunun Hamlet, Talaga Village, Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency using an approach method with extension activities involving members of the Farmer Group who are members of the Gapoktanhut for Prosperous Life. The dedication method is given by means of lectures, questions and answers and simulations. The manufacture of ground coffee is divided into two, namely the preparation of coffee beans starting from harvesting, peeling the fruit skin, fermentation, washing and drying, stripping the coffee grain skin, sifting and polishing, manual sanitation, warehousing, packaging and packing, process control and quality control. .. The second is the manufacture of coffee powder which starts from the important process after harvest, the process of coffee grinding, coffee roasting and grinding. Coffee farmers can increase their yields by using attractive packaging and packaging labels and being labeled halal
