Abstrak

Wisdom change and law and regulation in government exertion and region development doesn't quit of efforts to increase service quality. Change provided paradigm reshuffle that contain service behaviour change from has sentralistis to desentralistis. Besides, one of the efforts to push to achieve akuntabilitas service and the happening of revitalisasi government official service function with necessity existence every government resort to composed strategy plan each.  Previous government uses service with centralization service, but at public service exertion region autonomy era aims in decentralization pattern because with this pattern is easier society comes service giver side.  Increase service to also be efforts to increase society welfare. One of the in the field of society service government service area that be district government task Paringin Regency Balangan, especially in sub-district office Paringin city to conduct it. In this case must always be rememberred that official as society slave and country slave not only evaluated formally by government but attention and society evaluation that must be reference.
