PENERAPAN KOORDINASI KERJA DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA KELURAHAN DI WILAYAH KOTA BANJARBARU

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to see how the coordination factors which include the
division of labor, coaching and responsibility provide for the smooth work of the Kelurahan Office in the City of
Banjarbaru City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection tools in the form of interviews for
primary data and observations and documentaries for secondary data. Meanwhile, data analysis uses descriptive
qualitative.
The results of the study show (1) the working conditions have not run optimally because there are still work
activities carried out that are not in accordance with operating procedures. This is due to the lack of total
communication of existing officials or the authority to do the work which means that some officials are forced to
double up because work processes must still be carried out. And in the field of official accountability it has been going
well because this is manifested in written form as well as verbally between the official concerned and the leadership.
The obstacle is that several officials have to give responsibility for two activities at once, because he is given a dual
function as an official, the total consequences of undercommunication are available. This is a separate obstacle for
officials because working time is divided into two activities so that work results cannot reach the maximum target.
Therefore, those concerned often do overtime because many jobs delay their completion, (2) in the field of
supervision, the leadership monitors and evaluates all the results of work carried out by officials at certain times.
Leaders routinely carry out direct supervision so that it will motivate officials to always carry out their duties in a
disciplined, good and correct manner. Meanwhile, this is under-communication supervision because the leadership
provides opportunities for officials who have multiple tasks to complete tasks properly and without feeling pressured
or pressured if under constant supervision.
