Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 1 Tahun 2017 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Kearsipan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Gambut Kabupaten Banjar

Abstrak

This study aims to find out about how to organize dynamic archives which include vital archives,
active archives and inactive archives at the Gambut District Office, Banjar Regency. This research method
is descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative descriptive research is research conducted based on data
sources. The primary data used are interviews and secondary data through observation and documents.
The results showed that (1) the organization of vital, active, and inactive archives must receive special
attention and be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, (2) there is still a lack of human
resources and employee knowledge about archives, (3) facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive
in supporting the activities of organizing archives, (4) employees whose archives are still holding
concurrent positions. Obstacles faced, namely: dynamic archive management is still hampered because
there are no archivists who are capable and archive knowledge, lack of facilities used, archive maintenance
that is still not optimal. Efforts to overcome this are: There must be archivists in accordance with their
abilities and expertise, improving the organization of archives, especially dynamic archives, increasing the
procurement of archival facilities, utilizing facilities and infrastructure to the maximum, cleaning archives
often to avoid damage.
