Keteladanan Guru dan Pendampingan Orang Tua pada Siswa Madrasah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi belajar sebagai produk ekosistem melalui tinjauan literatur integratif tentang peran guru keteladanan dan keterlibatan orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa madrasah. Desain penelitian perpustakaan kualitatif digunakan, memanfaatkan analisis tematik untuk mensintesis literatur konseptual dan empiris. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa keteladanan guru berfungsi sebagai sumber inspirasi yang membentuk nilai-nilai akademik dan aspirasi siswa melalui mekanisme identifikasi. Keterlibatan orang tua memberikan keamanan emosional dan struktur pendukung yang memfasilitasi internalisasi kebiasaan belajar. Interaksi antara faktor-faktor tersebut saling menguatkan, dimana konsistensi nilai antara madrasah dan rumah menciptakan koherensi normatif yang memungkinkan siswa memfokuskan energi psikologisnya pada pengembangan diri. Sinergi ekologis ini berkontribusi tidak hanya pada pencapaian kognitif yang terukur tetapi juga pada ketahanan akademik, keterampilan pengaturan diri, dan pembentukan karakter pembelajaran seumur hidup. Kajian tersebut menyiratkan bahwa kebijakan sekolah harus secara sistematis membangun jembatan komunikasi dengan keluarga, menyiapkan guru sebagai sosok teladan, dan mendidik orang tua tentang kehadiran bermakna dalam proses pembelajaran anak. Penelitian di masa depan disarankan untuk menguji model konseptual secara empiris, mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran, dan melakukan studi longitudinal yang menguji dinamika sinergi antar tahap perkembangan siswa.
