HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN BANJARBARU SELATAN KOTA BANJARBARU

Abstrak

In the current era, time is a valuable commodity, therefore the discipline of behavior includes work
discipline. Very much needed by each individual. However, in reality, not all have a good work ethic for
government resorts, one of which is due to their different work disciplines. It is also recognized that the civil
service problem is a broad problem and has many aspects. Motivation that can spur is also a factor that is no
less important in influencing the progress and success of an organization. The explanation of morale itself is
the size of the effort given by certain parties to motivate them to carry out their duties. The elements
contained in motivation include height, coworkers, physical tools, organizational policies and regulations
and so on. On a marginal basis, people in organizations need to maintain survival, to thrive and benefit. To
achieve this, motivation and enthusiasm are needed in carrying out the performance process. A spirit of
discipline must be possessed by every civil servant, especially in carrying out various jobs in the work
environment of the Banjarbaru Selatan sub-district office, Banjarbaru City. Given that work discipline is
closely related to work motivation, the researchers are interested in further researching the relationship
between work motivation and work discipline which affects the level of performance of the office apparatus
of the Banjarbaru Selatan sub-district, Banjarbaru City.
