This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant influence partially or simultaneously between the ability of Employee Work (X1) and Work Experience (X2) on the Effectiveness of Financial Management (Y) at the District Office in Kabupaten Banjar. The population in this study is all civil servants and district office in Kabupaten Banjar. While the sample is taken by purposive sampling. They get 50 respondents. This research is done with quantitative and qualitative approach, and with qualitative descriptive method. Data collection by questionnaire to the respondent, then the result is supported by experience and literature. Data processing is done using SPSS for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the partial performance variable Employee Employee (X1) has a strong enough correlation of 51.9% on the Effectiveness of Financial Management (Y), a strong work experience partial variable of 76.8% to the effectiveness of Financial Management (Y), then simultaneously employee performance variable (X1) and Employee Work Experience (X2) have a very strong relationship equal to 83,0% to variable of Financial Management Effectivity (Y).
